Guarantee/Return Policy
You
may return any item purchased through Grannyq.com at any time within 45 days
after receipt of purchase. We will refund the purchase price of an item,
excluding any shipping and handling charges, or replace the item if
available.
Most
items will include a return instruction card. To return an item, simply follow
the instructions on the return card found in your shipping box. If a return
card is not enclosed with your shipment, please send your item directly back
to our warehouse at: 76 Chickadee Drive, Whitecourt, Alberta, T7S 1G2,
Canada.
Items
should be returned in their original packaging including all documents
received with the item. Include a note along with your package explaining
the reason for return, your full name and mailing address. According to your wishes, we will issue a
replacement if possible, send you a refund cheque, or credit your account if you paid by
credit card for everything you have paid. RETURN PARCELS MUST SAY
CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.

Placing an Order
Placing an order at Grannyq.com is fast and secure. As you view items in our
store that you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button to
place the item in your shopping cart. After you put an item in your shopping
cart, you can proceed to the "Check Out" to complete your purchase or
continue shopping and browsing our web site You can remove an item from your
shopping cart or cancel the entire order online at any time prior to the
final order submission.
Click on the small picture of your choice. This will take you to a page
with a large picture along with a full description, price and the
quantity that we have available for purchase.
Orders
received Monday through Friday will be processed within 3 business days of
receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or statutory
holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the
following Monday. Please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on
product availability.
If you prefer to place your
order over the telephone and pay by mailing a certified cheque or money
order in US Funds including shipping and handling charges, please feel free

will be notified of shipping and handling charges. All International Orders
